MSN, AGACNP-CB, CV-BC
I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing from Iowa Western Community College, my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Saint Mary, and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I am board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the AACN and hold certification as a Cardiac-Vascular Nurse. Throughout my career, I have cared for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, including intensive care, cardiology, and healthcare leadership. These experiences have provided me with a strong clinical foundation and a comprehensive understanding of how hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, nutrition, and lifestyle factors work together to influence long-term wellness. Today, my focus is helping men and women feel their best through personalized hormone replacement therapy and wellness strategies. I believe that optimal health is about more than treating symptoms. It is about restoring energy, improving mental clarity, enhancing physical performance, supporting healthy aging, and helping patients reclaim the quality of life they deserve. As both a provider and someone who has personally experienced the benefits of hormone optimization, I understand the challenges, questions, and frustrations many patients face. My goal is to create a supportive, evidence-based approach that empowers patients to take control of their health and become the healthiest version of themselves. Outside of the clinic, I am a proud Iowa native, wife, and mother of three. My family and I enjoy staying active through sports, coaching, and spending time together. I am committed to living the healthy lifestyle I encourage in my patients every day. From client, to believer, to prescriber, my mission is simple: helping others feel better, live better, and thrive.
